Overtone chimeは、純正律の倍音列（overtone series）に基づくチューニングのウインドチャイムです。

自然倍音の共鳴による深い響きが空間に広がります。
風が通るたびに倍音の残響が生まれ、空間に漂います。

ヘッドピースのデザインは『三環鈴』という古墳時代の鈴がモチーフになっています。

Tuned in just intonation

設置方法 / Installation

風の通る場所を見つけて吊ると効果的です。
雨の当たらない軒下、テラス、縁側などに設置できます。
本体は、十分な強度のあるs字フックなどを用いて吊ってください。
周囲の壁や柱、ガラス面に接触しないよう、ある程度の空間を確保して設置することで、より自然な揺れと響きが得られます。

Find a spot where wind passes through and hang it there for best effect. Different air flows reveal different strengths and subtleties of sound.
Suitable for eaves, terraces, or verandas where it is protected from rain.
Hang using an S-hook or other sturdy support with sufficient load capacity.
Allow enough clearance from surrounding walls, pillars, and glass surfaces to let the chime swing freely for natural resonance.

金属部分は半屋外使用を想定していますが、音響作品としての性質上、

直射日光下、雨のかかる場所・海風の当たる環境では、変色、腐食、摩耗、紐や接合部の劣化が早まる可能性があります。
木部を含むモデルは、軒下や半屋外など、直接雨を避けられる環境での使用を推奨します。
長く良い状態でお使いいただくため、定期的な点検と、強風時・荒天時の一時取り外しをおすすめします。

Metal components are designed for semi-outdoor use, but as acoustic objects,
prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or coastal air may accelerate discoloration, corrosion, and deterioration of cords or joints.
Models with wooden parts are best used under eaves or in semi-outdoor settings protected from direct rain.
For long-term care, we recommend periodic inspection and temporary removal during strong winds or severe weather.
